LED Machine Lights
Machine lights for harsh and extreme environments
The illumination of machines poses highly specialised challenges: machine lights need to be able to withstand mechanical influences and extreme temperatures. In addition, liquids such as oils and emulsions must not damage the lights. LED2WORK GmbH specialises in precisely these requirements and has many years of experience as a manufacturer of LED machine lights. Our machine lights have high protection ratings to provide reliable and safe lighting for machinery and production facilities.
The company's product range includes LED recessed lights, LED surface-mounted lights and LED signal lights. The use of the latest LED technology and high-quality workmanship guarantees a long service life of the machine lights, thus making them maintenance-free.
Machine lights of the highest quality standards
Tough, indestructible, durable, easy to install and bright – these are the five characteristics that count when it comes to lighting machinery. As specialists in this field, we have designed our luminaires accordingly.
LED Surface-Mounted Luminaires
LEANLED II
Very slim, very bright, electrically linkable
Your advantages >>> Extremely intense LED striplight Uniform, flicker-free illumination Homogeneous illumination via opal-white glare shielding Cascadable, i.e. electrically linkable versions – thus easy power supply of multiple luminaires via a single power supply line. Versatile use.
LED Integrated Lights
TUBELED_40 II Integrated
Your benefits >>> Intense and flicker-free illumination, without UV and IR components Generous lighting by 100° broad beam Space-saving geometry: suitable for commonly used installation bays Easy and fast adding to existing machinery High level of protection IP67/IP69K For higher ambient temperatures.
LED Tube Lights
INROLED_70
Your benefits >>> High light output; flicker-free light without UV and IR components; wide spread and homogeneous light Optimal glare control and light diffusion due to microprismatic cover Variants: 4 mm borosilicate glass protects the electronics from water, dust and moisture or a protection tube made of polycarbonate Variant borosilicate glass: optimum glare control and light scattering due to microprismatic cover High degree of protection (IP67/IP69K) Simple conversion and retrofitting Luminaires are electrically interlinkable For universal application.
LED Signal Lights
SIGNALED II RGB and RGB-W
Clear information through colored light for enhanced safety
Red for danger zones, yellow for caution ... these are color codes we are familiar with. The colored light of the SIGNALED II – available in RGB or RGB-W versions – ensures high visibility and clear attention in safety-critical areas.
The SIGNALED II RGB allows the generation of all shades within the RGB color spectrum by mixing the three primary colors: red, green, and blue.
The SIGNALED II RGB-W features an additional white channel, providing especially bright and uniform white light.
Your benefits >>> Colored light: bright and flicker-free Signal colors indicate the machine, line or infrastructure statuses All colors from the RGB color spectrum can be selected for signaling
IO-Link
LED2WORK AND IO-LINK
- IO-Link: Communication standard of the present and future
- IO-Link is a manufacturer-independent communication technology for connecting sensors and actuators to higher-level controllers in automation.
- IO-Link enables bidirectional communication between lower field level devices, namely sensors and actuators in automation, and higher-level control systems such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
- IO-Link was developed to compensate for the weaknesses of fieldbus installations or parallel installations for controlling sensors and actuators in automated systems.
What is the decisive advantage of IO-Link? In short: IO-Link makes automation easier! Why?
Compared to previous automation solutions, the installation effort for sensors and actuators has become significantly easier. Furthermore, the use of sensors and actuators with IO-Link offers improved diagnostic capabilities, easier parameterization, high flexibility, and - what is very good - the simple integration of devices from various manufacturers into a system.
