Minimess® Testpoints / Couplings
To couple under pressure means to have safe access to a running hydraulic system. This is possible within the Minimess®-test point. A time-consuming shutting down of the system is not needed. Minimess® test points can be installed easily and are available in numerous variants and versions. Hydrotechnik manufactures Minimess® test points in four screw series: 1620, 1215, 1615, and 1604.
Screw Series 1620
The Minimess® Testpoint 1620 was developed to enable pressure monitoring, exhaust, control, charging, venting and sampling of the medium while under pressure. It allows an easy connection of instruments and sensors. By its unique elastic soft sealing technology it ensures 100% leakage free coupling while under system pressure. Available sealing materials are NRB, FKM and EPDM. The 1620 series testpoint is the most common on the market because it can be applied to an extremely wide variety of applications. In addition the standard range has a wide variety of metric, SAE, and international threads available for the process connection. Screw Series 1620 is available in steel and stainless steel. Of course, we are also producing customized solutions according your challenges.
Screw Series 1615
The Minimess®-test point 1615 is made for Gas applications. It is available in free-cutting or high-grade steel with several metric and international connecting threads. Minimess®-Test Point 1615 is available in a huge range of versions and accessories.
Screw Series 1604
The Minimess®-Test Point 1604 is a screw Series with large internal diameter. It is well suited for applications where systems or containers must be filled or drained. It is available in free-cutting or high-grade steel with several metric and international connecting threads.
Screw series 1215
The Minimess®-test point 1215 needs less space because of its small screw thread. It is available in free-cutting or high-grade steel with several metric and international connecting threads. Minimess®-Test Point 1215 is available in a huge range of versions and accessories.

Minimess® Gauges
Digital Pressure Gauges
The digital pressure gauge is ideal for accurate pressure measuring on site. It records pressure peaks as MinMax values and it is available for the measuring ranges 60, 250 or 600 bar. It is also available within a handy gauge box with Minimess® test points, hoses and accessories.
Analog Pressure Gauges
Analog gauges are avaailable in 10 measuring ranges up to 600 bars with an accuracy rate of 1.6%. The 63 mm stainless steel case is optimally moistened by high quality silicone oil. Analog gauges are also coveniently available in the gauge box to be used in conjunction with minimess test points, hoses, and accessories.
Accumulator charging and testing devices
Hydrotechnik offers easy-to-use gas charging valves with leak proof integrity are required for charging, discharging and pressure testing of hydraulic accumulators. The quality of a gas charging valve is essential for the long term use in plants with high safety regulations. The valves are easy to use with a safe and reliable connection.
The essential advantages:
- Very good leak proof integrity, leakage <2 x 10-5 mbar l s-1 within allowed operating temperatures of -20°C to +135°C
- Automatic opening of the gas charging valve when connecting a hose assembly
- Superior and safer manual connection without additional tools
- For different accumulator designs, suitable adapters are available Military authorised
The Accumulator charge and test device from Hydrotechnik is capable of filling up hydraulic accumulators and conducting without having to reduce pressure. It is offered in two measuring ranges up to 250 or 400 bar.
