The latest developments of Variobotic GmbH: VarioShaker isn’t just a simple component separator
The VarioShaker 270 and VarioShaker 540 are the latest developments of Variobotic GmbH, which are capable to separate even bulk material easily and flexibly.
Components with different shapes can be separated by the separators easily, through their targeted, and controlled movements.
The VarioShaker 270 and 540 are easy to set up and configure. Furthermore, they are equipped with I/O interface, therefore the robotic process automation of the operations can be achieved.
Their use is most possible in Pick & Place and Flexible feeding areas.
